iGlow Return Policy

We want you to feel safe when you order your iGlow products.
Before you decide on returning your product: Make sure you've followed all the instructions.

Always apply on clean and dry skin (no oils, creams, etc). Apply only one thin stroke on each eyelid per day – just above the lash line. Like any other cosmetic product, the serum can irritate if you apply too much, or if you get it into your eyes.

If you still wish to return your product(s):

1) We recommend to start by sending an e-mail to post@iglow.se, so we can get the information we need to help you as much as possible.

2) If you have already decided on returning your product(s), our return address is: iGlow Cosmetics AS, Maaseskjaeret 3, 5035 Bergen*

3) To be able to issue the refund, we need the e-mail address you used when you placed your order.

4) The refund will be made in full, once we receive your information and have confirmation that the product has been returned.

5) You will receive a notification from PayPal once we have issued the refund. The money will be transferred within 48 hours via PayPal, back to your account.

*The rules on returning liquid content differs from country to country. Please reach out to post@iglow.se if you are experiencing any issues with returning it from your country. Return shipping costs will not be refunded in addition to the refund issued for the products.


We always recommend to keep using the serum – even if you haven't seen results within 8-12 weeks. We know the wait can be frustrating, but the results should always come eventually. Some people see results already after a few weeks, and a few people have to wait 8-12 weeks. It all depends on which phase of the growth cycle your lashes were in when you started using the serum.

If it turns out that you are allergic or for some reason can’t keep using our products, you can also reach out, and we will help you.
